How to Make Pasi Payaru Adai | Siru Payaru Adai | Pesarattu
Pasi payaru(siru payaru) Adai is healthy and protein rich Breakfast and Dinner recipe. It is basically from andra cuisine. It will be serve with coconut chutney

Ingredients:
½
Cup raw rice
1
Cup Moong Dal
¼
Cup Urad Dal
3
tsp Fenugreek seeds
½ potsp Cumin seeds
1
small piece Ginger
2
Red chilies
2
Green chilies
6
small onion
Salt
to taste
Water
as needed
For seasoning:
1
onion chopped
2
sprig Currry leaves
1
tsp oil
Preparation:

Wash
1 cup raw rice or idli rice 2 or 3 times and soak it water, let it sit for 3 to
4 hours
·
Another
pot, Wash Moong dal 2 or 3 times and soak it water, let it sit for 3 to 4 hours
·
Wash
Fenugreek seeds and soak it water, let it sit for 2 hours
·
Wash
Urad dal and soak it water, let it sit for 2 hours
·
Drain
the water from all the bowls
Batter
preparation:
· Transfer
the Rice ,Moong dal,Fenugreek seeds and Urad dal to the mixi jar
· Add cumin seeds,Ginger,red chilies, Green chilies and small onion along with water
to the blender
· Blend
to a slightly coarse paste or thick batter
· Tranfer
batter to the bowl
· Now
batter is ready. Allow to rest for 2 to 3 hours.
· Heat
a pan. Add 1 tsp oil and add onion,Curry leaves. Sauté them till the onion
turns transparent
· Add
them to the batter as well required salt and mix well
· Heat
the Dosa pan. Pour one ladle of the batter and spread it like dosa. Add ½ tsp
of oil or ghee across the edges. Cook on medium flame
· When
it cooks on one side, flip it and cook on other side as well
· Serve

Ingredients:

Transfer all the soaked items along with cumin seeds,Ginger,red chilies, Green chilies and small onion and required water to the blender
Blend to a slightly coarse paste or thick batter
Transfer to the bowl
Add 1 tsp oil and let it heat
Add Onion,green chilies and curry leave, saute them till the onion turns transparent
Add fried items to the batter and mix well
Heat the Dosa pan. Pour one ladle of the batter and spread it like dosa. Add ½ tsp of oil or ghee across the edges. Cook on medium flame
Serve Pasi payaru adai withcoconut chutney
Notes:
If you don't add cumin seeds,Ginger,red chilies, Green chilies and small onion when you grind the batter if don't like that taste. You can skip to add spices ingredients.
