How to make Ragi Idiyappam
2 cup Ragi semiya
1 Cup grated coconut
Sugar or jaggery
Preparation:

Wash 2 cup of ragi
semiya 2 or 3 times.soak it for 5 minutes.Drain water and keep aside.

Place the the ragi
semiya in the idli pan
·
Close the lid and let it
cook for minutes
·
Serve the ragi Idiyappam
with coconut and jaggery
