How To Make Paneer Butter Masala
Paneer butter masala is one of favorite dish in the indian restaurant.
It is preparing with main ingredients Paneer and Butter. It is served with
Roti, Naan, chappathi or Fried rice

Ingredients:

Gram Paneer
1
Big size Onion, Finely Chopped
1
Bayleaf

Piece Cinnamons
2
Cardamoms
3
Cloves
½
tblsp Chilly Powder
½
tblsp sugar

Tblsp Butter
Salt
as needed
Water
as needed
For Grinding:

Onion, Chopped

Medium size Tomato
1
Tblsp Ginger and Garlic Paste

Cardamom

Tblsp Chilly Powder
1
Tblsp Coriander Powder
1
Tblsp Garam masala Powder
For garnishing:

Preparation:
1.
Transfer the Ginger and garlic to the blender, grind it then
keep aside
2.
Cut the paneer as small pieces and keep aside
Method:
Gravy Masala:
1. In a pan add 1 tblsp oil
and add Cardamom and onion, sauté it till gets transparent
2. Add Ginger & garlic
paste and sauté them till raw smell disappear
3. Add Tomato, sauté it
till gets mushy
4. Add Chilly powder,
Coriander powder and garam masala, sauté them for a minute. Transfer the fried
ingredients to the plate and let it cool for a minutes.
5. Transfer the whole to
the blender, grind it as a smooth paste. Transfer to the bowl and keep aside.
Gravy
1. In a pan add 2 tblsp Butter,
then add Cloves, Cinnamons, Cardamoms, Bayleaves. Sauté it on low heat for a
minute
2. Add Onion and sauté it
till onion gets transparent
3. Add Gravy masala and
sauté it for a minute (Don’t fry long time because its already fried)
4. Add Chilly powder, sugar
and remaining butter. Mix well
5. Add required water and salt
let it cook till the gravy masala raw smell disappear
6. Add cubed Paneer and
methi leaves let them cook for 10 minutes
7. Serve Paneer Butter
Masala with chappathi or Naan or Fried
rice

Gravy Masala:

Add Chilly powder, sugar, remaining butter, salt and water if required. Mix well. let it boil for a minutes
Add cubed Paneer and methi leaves
Mix well let them cook for 10 minutes
Serve Paneer Butter Masala with chappathi or Naan or Fried rice
Notes:
You
can add 10 cashews or Batham (along with masala ingredients) when you preparing
gravy masala. It will give more rich taste.
