How to make Sweet Paniyaram using Idly batter | Kids Special

Ingredients:
(1 Cup=200ml)

2 Cup Idly batter
1 Cup Jaggery( Adjust as per your sweet preference)
4 Cardamoms
Ghee as needed

Method:

1.       Heat ½ cup of water, add Jaggery to it. Stirring on medium flame for the jaggery to dissolve. switch off the flame. Filter the jaggery set aside to cool
2.      In a bowl add 2 cup of Idly batter, filtered jaggery and crushed Cardamoms. Then mix well. Add needed water to get dosa batter consistency
3.      Heat paniyaram pan, add ½ tsp of ghee or oil in each mould. Fill it with batter
4.      Cover with the lid let it cook on Medium heat until the sides cook well
5.      Once it leaves the sides, flip it over the other sides
6.      Insert the toothpick centre of the paniyaram to check whether it is cook well. If the toothpick comes clean ,the Paniyaram cook well
7.      Repeat the same process for remaining batter
8.     Serve the sweet Paniyaram
