to Make Idly Podi recipe
Ingredients:
Channa
dal 125 gram
Urad
dal 150 gram
Toor
dal 100 gram

tblsp sesame seeds

handful curry leaves

lemon size tamarind
Hing

Method:
1. Heat a pan add channa
dal, fry it on low heat till turns golden brown and keep aside
2. Add Urad dal, fry it on
low heat till turns golden brown and keep aside
3. Add Toor dal, fry it on
low heat till turns golden brown and keep aside
4. Add sesame seeds and
hing, fry it on low heat till it turns color change
5. Add Curry leaves, fry it
on low heat for a minutes
6. Add Dry chilies and
Garlic cloves. Fry them till the dry chilies gets crispy
7. Transfer all the
ingredients to the plate and let them cool for a minutes
8. Then transfer all the
ingredients to the mixi jar along with salt and tamarind.Grind them like masala powder
9. Transfer grinded powder
to the pot and let it cool for a minutes
10. Finally store the
grinded Idly podi to the air tight container
