this sago kesari. Its good and delicious recipe. It is preparing with main
ingredients javvarisi.

Ingredients:

Cup Sago (Javvarisi)

gram Sugar(adjustable)
2 tblsp milkmaid
2 tblsp milkmaid

Pinch food color

tblsp Ghee
300 ml Water
300 ml Water
Method:
- Heat a pan add water and sago, cook the sago on low flame till the size become bigger
- Switch off the flame and drain the water completely and keep aside
- Meanwhile In the same pan add 1 tblsp ghee and add cashews and batham, roast them till turns brown
- Add dry grapes, roast till the grapes size become bigger. Transfer to the plate and keep aside
- In the same pan, add 2 tblsp ghee and cooked javvarisi. Fry for a minutes on low heat
- Add food color and mix well on low heat
- Add sugar little by little and mix well on low flame
- Add 2 tblsp Milkmaid and mix well on low flame
- Finally add cardamoms,roasted cashews , raisins and batham and remaining ghee. Mix well on low heat
- Now the Javvarisi kesari is ready. Serve and enjoy
