Ingredients:

gram Semiya
150
gram Sugar(adjustable)
300ml
Water

Cardamoms
10
Cashews
10
Raisins
½
Pinch food color

tblsp Ghee
Method:
1. Heat a pan add 1 tblsp ghee and semiya,
roast it on low heat for 5 minutes, transfer to the plate and keep aside
2. In the Same pan, Add 300
ml water , food color and crushed cardamoms
3. When water start to boil
add roasted semiya, little by little on low heat and do mix simultaneously.
Don’t gets lump
4. Add sugar little by little
on low heat and mix well
5. Meanwhile in a pan add 1
tblsp ghee and cashews, roast it on low heat till turns golden brown
6. In the same pan add raisins,
roast it on low heat till gets bubble
7. Finally add roasted
cashews , raisins and remaining ghee. Mix well
8. Now the semiya kesari is ready. Serve and enjoy
