Ingredients:

Channa dal 50 gram
Urad dal 40 gram
Toor dal 50 gram
Pepper 30 gram
Rice 40 gram
Cumin seeds 4 tblsp
Fenugreek seeds 2 tblsp
Turkey seeds 10
Hing 2 piece

Method:

1.       Heat a pan add channa dal, fry it on low heat till turns golden brown and keep aside
2.      Add Urad dal, fry it on low heat till turns golden brown and keep aside
3.      Add Toor dal, fry it on low heat till turns golden brown and keep aside
4.      Add Pepper, fry it on low heat till gets color change
5.      Add Cumin seeds, fry it on low heat till gets color change
6.      Add Fenugreek seeds, fry it on low heat till it turns color change
7.      Add rice and hing , fry it on low heat till it turns golden brown
8.     Add turkey, fry it on low heat for a minutes
9.      Transfer all the ingredients to the plate and let them cool for a minutes
10.  Then transfer all the ingredients to the mixi jar and grind them like masala powder
11.   Transfer grinded powder to the plate and let it cool for a minutes
12.  Finally store the grinded vathal kulambu powder to the air tight container

Transfer all the ingredients to the mixi jar after cool them. grind it as like masala powder
Finally store the grinded vathal kulambu powder to the air tight container after cool the powder
