Quick Dessert | Pal Payasam Recipe | Milk Payasam Recipe


Paal payasam is the quick and tastiest dessert recipe. You can prepare very quickly which is prepared with various special occasion and festivals

Ingredients:
2 handful semiya(semolina)
2 tblsp ghee
300 ml water
200 ml boiled milk(thick)
50 ml Milkmaid (optional)
4 crushed cardamoms
5 cashews
5 Batham
100 ml sugar (adjustable as per sweet preference)

Method:
1.       Heat a pan add 1 tblsp ghee and add semiya, fry for 3 minutes on low heat
2.      In a pot add water and do boil
3.      When water start to boil add semiya and cook on medium flame till semiya cooks well
4.      Add boiled milk, mix well. Let it boil for a minutes
5.      Add crushed cardamom and mix well
6.      Add milk maid and sugar, mix well and let them cook for 5 minutes
7.      Meanwhile in a pan add 1 tblsp ghee, then add cashews and batham. Sauté them till turns golden brown
8.     Finally pour the fried cashews and batham to the paal payasam
9.      Serve the paalpayasam and enjoy

Add Milkmaid

Finally pour the fried cashews and batham to the paal payasam
Mix well
Serve the paalpayasam and enjoy

My notes:
If you skip add milkmaid you can add extra milk
