How to make semiya upma
Ingredients:
100 gram semiya
1 Big onion chopped
2 Green chilly silt
2 sprig curry leaves
2 tsp oil
2 tsp ghee
8 Cashew nuts
3 cup water
For tempering:
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad Dal
1 tsp channa Dal
Preparation:
Heat a pan add 2 tsp ghee and add Cashew nuts. Fry it turns golden brown.
Method:
Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Add urad Dal and channa dal when it's crackle. Sauté them turns golden brown
Add onion, green chillies and curry leaves, saute them turns transparent
Add water and salt let it boil for a minute
Add semiya and let it cook for a minute
Add Cashew and mix well
Serve semiya upma with coconut chutney
