How to make vegetables pulao without cooker
(1 Cup=100 ml)
1 Cup Jeera rice
1 Carrot chopped
8 Flat Beans chopped
1 Onion chopped
1/2 Cup peas
1 Green chilly sliced
Few coriander leaves
For seasoning:
3 Cloves
1 Star anise
1 cinnamon
2 Cardamom
1/2 tsp Fennal seeds
1 Bay leaf
3 tsp ghee
For grinding:
1 Small piece Ginger
6 Garlic
Preparation:
Transfer Ginger & Garlic to jar and grind as fine paste
Wash rice 2 to 3 times and soak it for 30 minutes
Method:
Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time:15 mins
Total times:30 mins
Serving: 2

Method:
- Heat a pan add 3tsp ghee. Add all spices cloves,Fennal seeds, Cinnamon, Cardamon,Star anise, Bay leaf. Sauté them till gets aromatic
- Add onion and saute it turns transparent
- Add Ginger & Garlic paste and saute them the raw smell disappear
- Add vegetables and saute them for a minute
- Add soaked rice, saute it for a minute
- Add 3 Cup of water and required salt.mix well
- Let it boil till the rice cook well on meidum heat
- Serve the veg pulao with potato fry,brinjal gravy or meal maker gravy
