How to Make Peanut chutney

Peanut chutney-quick, tastiest and healthiest chutney

Ingredients:

1 Cup Grated coconut
50 Gram Peanuts
2 Garlic
3 Dry chilies
1 small piece tamarind
Salt to taste

For tempering:

½ tblsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 Sprig Curry leaves

Method:

1.       Heat a pan  add dry chilies, fry it for a minutes on low heat.
2.      Transfer Grated coconut, Garlic, Peanuts, Dry chilies, Tamarind and salt to the blender. Grind them as a smooth paste.
3.      Transfer the peanut chutney to the bowl
4.      Meanwhile in a pan, add 2 tblsp coconut oil and mustard seeds
5.      When Mustard seeds crackle add curry leaves.
6.      Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well.
7.      Serve the Peanut chutney with idly or Dosa variety

You can add few water while you grinding the chutney.
