Ingredients:
1 Carrot, grated
1 Onion, finely chopped
3 sprig mint leaves(pudina)
½ Cup curd(thayir)
Salt as needed
Method:
- In a bowl add chopped onion, carrot and mint leaves
- Then add curd and salt,mix well. Let them leave for 30 minutes
- Carrot and mint raitha ready. Serve with any veg or non-veg biryani
