Ingredients:
1 Carrot, grated
1 Onion, finely chopped
3 sprig mint leaves(pudina)
½ Cup curd(thayir)
Salt as needed

Method:
  1. In a bowl add chopped onion, carrot and mint leaves
  2. Then add curd and salt,mix well. Let them leave for 30 minutes
  3. Carrot and mint raitha ready. Serve with any veg or non-veg biryani
