Ingredients:

Cup=200 ml)

Carrot (250 gram)

Cup Sugar(Adjustable)

Cup Milk
15 Cashews
15 Dry grapes

tblsp Ghee
Method:
1. In a pan add 1 tblsp
ghee and cashews, roast it on low heat till turns golden brown
2. In the same pan add dry
grapes, roast it on low heat for a minutes
3. In the same pan add Carrot,
roast it on low heat for a minutes
4. Add 2 cup of Milk and
mix well. Let it cook on low heat for 30 minutes till the half milk will be evaporated
5. Add sugar little by
little on low heat and mix well
6. Add remaining ghee and
mix well
7. Finally add roasted
cashews and dry grapes then mix well
8. Now Carrot Halwa is
ready
