How to Make Paniyaram batter and Sweet paniyaram Recipe

Ingredients:
(1
Cup = 250 ml)

cup Raw rice
Urad
dal 100 ml
1
tblsp Fenugreek seeds
1 pinch Salt
200 ml Jaggery( Adjust as per your sweet preference)

Batter Preparation:
1. In a pot add 2 cup raw
rice and 100 ml urad dal,wash them 2 to 3 times, soak them in water for 5 hours
2. In a bowl add 1 tblsp
fenugreek seeds, wash it 3 times, soak it in water for 5 hours
3. After 5 hours drain the
water from all pots, Transfer the soaked ingredients to the grinder or mixi. Grind
them as fine paste.
4. Transfer batter to the
bowl and Let it sit for 6 to 7 hours for fermentation
Sweet
Paniyaram preparation:
(1 Cup = 200 ml)
1. Heat ½ cup of water, add Jaggery to it.
Stirring on medium flame for the jaggery to dissolve. switch off the flame.
Filter the jaggery set aside to cool
2. In a bowl add 2 cup of batter, filtered
jaggery,salt and crushed Cardamoms. Then mix well. Add needed water to get dosa
batter consistency
3. Heat paniyaram pan, add ½ tsp of ghee or
oil in each mould. Fill it with batter
8. Serve the sweet Paniyaram

Transfer soaked ingredients to the grinder or mixi, grind them as smooth paste and let it sit for 5 to 6 hours
Heat ½ cup(50 ml) of water, add Jaggery to it. Stirring on medium flame for the jaggery to
dissolve. switch off the flame.
Filter the jaggery and let it cool 2 minutes
In a bowl
add 2 cup of batter, filtered jaggery,salt and crushed Cardamoms. Then mix well. Add water(if need) to get dosa batter consistency
Insert the
toothpick centre of the paniyaram to check whether it is cook well. If the
toothpick comes clean ,the Paniyaram cook well
Serve the
sweet Paniyaram
