Mint Rice Recipe | Pudina Sadam Recipe
Mint rice is a healthiest and tastiest recipe. Mint rice can
be easily served for lunch. Detailed step by step photo below
Ingredients:

Handful Mint(Pudina)

Green chilies
2
Garlic cloves
1
Piece Ginger
1
piece Tamarind
2
Cup cooked rice
To Tempering
1
tblsp cooking oil

Dry chilies
1
tsp Mustard seeds
1
tsp Urad dal

Cashew nuts
Method:
1. Heat a pan add mint
leaves, sauté them till gets shrink on low heat
2. Transfer fried mint,
garlic, green chilies, ginger and tamarind, grind them as smooth paste and keep
aside
3. Heat a pan add cooking
oil and mustard seeds, when mustard seeds crackle add dry chilies, urad dal and
curry leaves. Sauté for a minutes
4. Add cashew nuts and fry
till turns golden brown
5. Add Grinded mint paste
and sauté for a minutes
6. Add cooked rice and mix
well
7. Serve mint rice with
potato fry or vazhakai varuval(raw banana fry)

Add Grinded mint paste
Saute till mint paste raw smell disappear
Add Cooked rice
Mix well
Serve
mint rice with potato fry or vazhakai varuval(raw banana fry)
