Soya chunks fry recipe | Soya 65 recipe

It is preparing with main ingredients soya and spices. It is served with jeera rice or ghee rice or else having as snacks. Kids loves much this recipe. Soya also called as meal maker and soya chunks

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Marinating time : 30 minutes
Total times: 1 hour

Ingredients:
25 Gram Soya (Meal maker)
1 tblsp chilly powder
1 piece ginger
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tblsp maida( all purpose flour)
1/2 lemon
Water as needed
Salt as needed
Oil for frying

For garnishing:
Coriander leaves

Preparation:
Transfer the Ginger and garlic to the mixi jar, grind it as smooth paste then keep aside

Soya preparation:
1.       In a bowl add 3 cup of water and add 1 tsp salt, do boil. switch off the flame
2.      Add soya into the boiled water let them leave till the soya get soften
3.      When the soya gets soften drain the water completely from soya
4.      Furthermore rinse them in cold water and squeeze the excess water from soya
5.      Cut the soya as 2 pieces if you using bigger size soya

Soya chunks fry preparation:
1.       In a bowl add soya and add chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, required salt and ginger & garlic paste, mix well
2.      Add all purpose flour (maida) and squeeze with lemon,mix well let it sit for 30 minutes for marinating
3.      After 30 minutes… heat oil in kadai for deep frying the soya chunks
4.      Once the oil becomes hot, drop the soya chunks in hot oil, fry them on medium heat  till turns color change
5.      Fry them in batches till you use up all the soya chunks
6.      Garnish with coriander leaves
7.      Serve the soya chunks fry and enjoy

In a pot add 2 cup cold water 
Rinse soya chunks in cold water 
 drain the water completely from soya
Squeeze the excess water from soya and keep aside
In a bowl add soya and add chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, required salt and ginger & garlic paste, mix well
Add all purpose flour (maida)
Squeeze with lemon and mix well, let it sit for 30 minutes for marinating
Heat oil in kadai
Once the oil becomes hot, drop the soya chunks in hot oil, fry them on medium heat till turns color change
Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve the soya chunks fry
