Ragi Paal payasam is the quick and tastiest dessert recipe. You can prepare very quickly and Ragi payasam is more tasteful than normal vermicelli payasam

Ingredients:
25 gram ragi semiya(ragi semolina)
1 tblsp ghee
300 ml water
100 ml boiled milk(thick)
50 ml Milkmaid
4 crushed cardamoms
10 cashews
5 Batham
100 ml sugar (adjustable as per sweet preference)

Method:
1.      Heat a pan add 1 tblsp ghee and add cashews and batham, Sauté them on low heat till turns golden brown
2.      In the same pan add ragi semiya, fry for 3 minutes on low heat
3.      In a pot add water and do boil
4.      When water start to boil add ragi semiya and cook on medium flame till semiya cooks well
5.      Add milk maid and let it cook for 1 minutes
6.      Add boiled milk, mix well. Let it boil for a minute
7.      Add sugar and crushed cardamom, mix well
8.     Let them cook for 10 minutes on low heat
9.      Finally pour the fried cashews and batham to the paal payasam
10.  Serve the Ragi paal payasam and enjoy
