Diwali Sweet Recipe | Apple Halwa Recipe
Apple halwa is the Indian dessert recipe made with grated apple,
sugar and ghee. Apple halwa is the simple and easiest to prepare. Here I have
shared step by step instructions

Ingredients:

Cup = 100 ml)

Apple (Medium size)

Cup Sugar

Cashews

cardamoms (crushed)

pinch food color

tblsp Ghee
Preparation:
Wash
the apple and grate them, keep aside until cook (don't keep long time because the color will be changed)
Method:
1. Heat a pan add 1 tblsp
ghee and cashews, roast it on low heat till turns golden brown
2. In the same pan add 1
more tblsp ghee and grated apple, keep stirring on low heat for a minutes and
close the lid, let it cook on low heat till the juice release from apple
3. Add sugar and keep
stirring till the sugar completely dissolve
4. Cook on low heat till
the halwa will be thicken
5. Add crushed cardamom and
food color, mix well
6. Continue to cook till
the halwa separate from pan
7. Add remaining ghee and roasted
Cashews, mix well
8. Serve Apple Halwa and enjoy
